Sherilyn Shackell, Founder of The Marketing Academy, joins Grace Blue Partnership as advisor to the Board
Grace Blue Partnership, the global executive search firm, today strengthens its specialist marketing practice for brands as it celebrates its 10th anniversary. The firm has appointed Sherilyn Shackell, founder of The Marketing Academy, to its Advisory Board, with a brief to help build the most powerful marketing practice worldwide.
Grace Blue Partnership’s development of its marketing practice is in answer to a rise in demand from senior talent as well as an increase for executive search briefs from companies including LEGO, Coca-Cola and Amazon. The marketing practice will work worldwide with brands to attract leading talent from across the marketing spectrum as new roles emerge alongside CMOs in areas such as customer experience, digital, social, media, strategy, creative and performance marketing.
New research conducted by Grace Blue Partnership has estimated up to 40% of the top 100 advertisers contain senior marketing talent which has migrated brand-side from other areas of the industry. The findings show companies are displaying a growing need for talent diversity, not just from a gender or cultural perspective, but in terms of career experience and skillset.
