Following three years of blood, sweat and tears studying philosophy, I cut my teeth in advertising at McCann-Erickson in 1997. During my time there I worked in both new business and account management, whilst also running the agency's graduate recruitment and mentoring programmes.

 

In 2001 I left to set up my own business, before moving into the world of communications recruitment with Kendall Tarrant where, amongst other things, I was responsible for growing the European remit of its business.

 

Being slightly more youthful than most of my partners, I make it my job to know the next generation of talent - the future leaders of tomorrow's communications companies.

 

I pride myself on really understanding and nurturing candidate aspirations, and working collaboratively with our clients to ensure a genuine best fit for all parties. Away from Grace Blue my other full time jobs are looking after our children Florence and George and obsessing about Arsenal.
