Having started my career training in TV production at Lambie-Nairn and Publicis, I landed the dream job of Head of TV at HHCL in 1992 when the agency was just two years old and I was 26.

This paved the way for a most exciting and rewarding future. I spent five years helping to build and grow the agency's production output, during which time it produced mould-breaking work resulting in it winning Campaign's Agency of the Year twice in this period.

From there I joined Mother in its embryonic state, six of us, a tiny office and one account, Channel 5. It wasn't long before Coke, Unilever and Emap were to follow.

Here I spent 13 amazing years as part of the most inspirational management team leading Mother to the success it enjoys today.

I was responsible for creating a highly effective and well respected creative production team producing high profile and award-winning campaigns.

One of the most exciting challenges was being Associate Producer on the 'Somers Town' feature directed by Shane Meadows for Eurostar.

At the end of 2010, Campaign magazine awarded Mother Agency of the Decade, which meant I was privileged enough to have been Head of TV at two consecutive Agency of the Decades...

After 13 years I took a much needed career break to look at what my next challenge might be.  After more coffees than I have had in my entire life, The Grace Blue cappuccino outshone the rest.

Specialising in the creative offering within a company as highly respected as Grace Blue inspired me, a role that will play well to my experience and passion for the industry.

I am currently Vice Chairman of British Arrows (formerly BTAA). I am married with three children and live in London.
