I have always been fascinated by the power of creative thinking and its role in shaping and evolving situations or organisations. I am naturally interested in people and their ability to adapt and embrace change, and I am fundamentally drawn to talent and passion, and to those who actively bring this to their work.

I have been involved in the advertising industry for twenty years - it has been the cornerstone to my career since university. After graduating, I spent ten years in agencies, working in client service, for businesses such as MSB+K, WWAV Rapp Collins, EURO RSCG and EHS Brann. In this time I worked on a broad cross section of clients, including Standard Life, Eukanuba, Centrica, the AA, the RSPCA, NatWest and Diageo. I also worked client-side, when I joined Virgin Money as a campaign manager to help launch this dot com’s first tailored credit card.

Then, wanting to remain connected to the industry, but more focused on people, I shifted career into talent management and recruitment, and in the last nine years I started two small recruitment firms, worked for The Talent Business and am now with Grace Blue. I have also begun training in coaching, a uniquely powerful self-improvement process that I am very drawn to.

Outside work, and aside from family and friends, my passions include running outdoors, wine, music, Radio 4, culture, design and literature. Oh, and I have an old white – very Eighties – Porsche 944 that I tinker with, and which transported me almost effortlessly to France and back recently, much against my expectations!
