I’ve always been a student of human behavior, which I think is the result of being the youngest of four children growing up in a big , vibrant, Italian family in the Bronx. That has been the driving force of my career path.
I started my career in advertising at DMB&B in media planning. After 3 years of media boot camp, I jumped to account management at Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterrer (now Havas) where I spent the next 20 years learning about ideas, how powerful a good one can be, and how fragile they are. I had the privilege of working on some of the world’s most valuable and iconic brands, including Intel, ExxonMobil, Nestle, Evian. I also led many new business initiatives, with a winning track record of over $40MM in won revenue over a 5-year period.
Of all my accomplishments, nothing gave me greater joy than seeing someone fly. I served as Director of Client Services, where I led a department of over 100 integrated account people, was responsible for talent acquisitions, retention and developing training/growth programs for the group.
I always believed in empowering people and giving them the tools to realize their true potential. This is a big part of what we do at Grace Blue and why I joined the company.
